What works for me?

What makes a successful courtroom practice and how to write about it.

What makes a successful courtroom practice and how to write about it.

One of those most common questions I get as both a lawyer and writer is as follows: How do you write about the courtroom?

I’ve been digging through old files and have found a damn good 6.5 pages on trial practice which dovetails right into how to write effectively about courtrooms and writing effectively about legal proceedings. This came at a perfect time, right before this week’s blog as well as ahead of a talk I will be giving with Triangle Sister in Crime this Saturday via Zoom. Learn more about this talk and attend by clicking here.

To read my piece on what exactly makes a successful practice in the courtroom, as well as writing about the practice itself, please hit the button below and download away. I encourage comments, questions, feedback - all of the above.
